Episode 6: Being Okay With Being Me

In this episode, I talk about something I think a lot of people struggle with but don’t always say out loud — learning to be okay with being yourself.

From overthinking how you look or act, to comparing yourself to others, it can be really hard to feel comfortable in who you are. I share some of my own thoughts and experiences around self-perception, confidence, and the pressure to feel “perfect” all the time.

This episode is just a reminder that you don’t have to have everything figured out, and you don’t have to love every part of yourself to start feeling comfortable in your own skin.
