In this episode, I talk about the pressure to have “one best friend” and why that idea doesn’t always reflect real life.
Friendships aren’t one-size-fits-all. You can have different friends for different parts of your life — people you laugh with, people you have deeper conversations with, and people who come and go as you grow.
I also talk about how friendships can change over time, how some are meant for a season, and how that doesn’t make them any less meaningful. Sometimes people drift, and sometimes they come back when you least expect it.
This episode is just a reminder that there’s no “right way” to have friendships, and you don’t need just one person to feel complete.
